Return & Exchange Policy Effective Date: 25 August 2026 At Stone Fort India, our products are made from natural stone and many of our products are handcrafted Stone Art. Due to the natural characteristics of stone, variations in colour, texture, pattern, shape, size and finish may occur. 1. No Return or Exchange Stone Fort India does not accept returns or exchanges on stone products, stone pebbles, stone cladding, stone handicrafts, Stone Art or other stone-based products once the order has been confirmed or delivered. Customers are requested to carefully check the product requirements, quantity, size, colour, design and specifications before placing an order. 2. Natural Stone Variation Natural stone is a unique material. Minor differences in: - Colour - Texture - Pattern - Shape - Size - Natural markings - Surface finish are considered natural characteristics of the product and will not be considered defects or grounds for return or exchange. Product photographs shown on our website may also have slight differences from the actual product due to lighting, photography and screen settings. 3. Custom & Handcrafted Stone Art Custom-made, handcrafted or specially prepared Stone Art products are made according to the customer's requirements. Once production has started or the order has been confirmed, such products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law. 4. Damaged Products During Transportation If a product is received in a visibly damaged condition due to transportation, the customer should immediately inform Stone Fort India and provide: - Clear photographs of the damaged product - Photographs/videos of the packaging - Order or invoice details - Delivery information The issue will be reviewed by our team and, where appropriate, we may provide a suitable resolution at our discretion and subject to the applicable terms of the order. Any claim regarding transportation damage should be reported as soon as possible after delivery. 5. Incorrect Product If Stone Fort India has supplied a product that is materially different from the product confirmed in the order, please contact us promptly with the relevant order details and photographs. We will review the matter and, where the issue is verified, provide an appropriate resolution. 6. Customer-Requested Changes Any request to change the product, design, size, colour, quantity or specifications after order confirmation may not be accepted. For custom or handcrafted Stone Art products, changes may not be possible once production has commenced. 7. Refunds As our stone products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, refunds are not ordinarily provided. Where a refund is specifically approved by Stone Fort India due to an exceptional circumstance or applicable legal requirement, the refund process and amount will be communicated to the customer separately. 8.
